How we begin

When looking within and focusing on one’s personal growth it is a natural feeling to experience anxiety. You want a warm and caring professional to guide you. I personally view counseling as a modern-day sacred space and do all that I can to help you grow by nurturing your heart into action. Countless individuals, families and groups have benefited from my years of experience and I know that seeking counseling and support is a sign of great strength, requiring tremendous courage. Whether you’ve experienced therapy in the past and want to return to it, or are exploring it for the first time, my role is to assist you in sorting through great confusion or grief as we work together to create new coping tools, and then move forward with a plan to put these new ideas into practice.
