My approach to counseling is very individualistic. It’s based upon where you are on your journey and what your needs are. People enter counseling for a variety of reasons and life events. My approach with each client varies by what you bring into our session.
My Philosophy
You are the expert on you.
Part of my role is to guide and be a sounding board, or to mirror what is happening internally for you. My job is to support you while you come to fully know yourself and learn the patterns that have taught you toxic messages. It’s also my goal to help you find your authenticity in order to become a fuller, authentic, real and genuine you.
I use a variety of techniques, skills and interventions to help you achieve your goals. Sometimes, my role is to assist you in sorting through great confusion or grief to identify those goals, and then help you craft a plan to put them into practice… all the while, teaching you practical tools to do so.
